About
Fareed Mahameed is an Environmental Public Health Specialist. He earned his BSc in Bio-Medical Engineering at the Haifa Technion and holds both a teachers’ certificate in Math and an MA in Environmental Public Health and Industrial Hygiene, (MPH) from the university of Haifa. Fareed brings to this work his expertise both in public health and on the Arab-Palestinian minority in Israel and discusses the power structure in Israel as an example of state-minorities relations that can be used in larger contexts.
